Handstand - Play Invert Workshop

Get ready for 2 hours packed with conditioning drills, technique guidance, and lots of time to play with all the fun things related to Handstand.

Whatever stage you are at, this workshop will provide you with the tools to progress, and the chance to challenge yourself.

Well, this workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to try a handstand or simply feel more confident in this wonderful posture. 

Winnie will teach the first steps, on how to enter and exit safely, working first on some strength and flexibility drills, to warm up and start the engagement of muscles, these strengthening exercises are meant for the corresponding body parts and invite you to feel lightness within the handstand. We will also pack in some Budokon techniques to get you more into the playful mode, but still full of awareness.

You are welcome with or without experience, variations will be offered to suit your level. 

We'll have time for partner work, so we can also learn to coach and spot each other.

Get ready to enjoy some transition time, swinging from one handstand to the other.
