Empower your mind, body, and soul with a powerful immersion during this 7-day Yoga & Movement Retreat. You will reconnect & rekindle your inner self and explore the vast expansiveness of your mind and body. This retreat will provide you with space to relax, replenish and release, while you dive fully into deep Vinyasa yoga flows & discover the depths of Budokon Yoga & Mobility practice.
You will not only explore the beautiful surroundings of Porto Buffallo and bathe on the amazing waters of the Euboean, but we will also dive into the 6 pillars that are the foundation of the Budokon Movement System (Relationships, Nutrition, Emotions, Thought, Movement, & Environment), the system has successfully united the main drivers for wellness and fulfilling life. We will develop the concept of "living in a community', connecting with a new environment, building new relationships... and experiencing your journey into inner balance. In order to ignite into this journey, we'll explore free forms of movement, we'll share rounds of mind science, take time to discover, shift back to our beginner's mind, connect directly with the mind to find the strength within, and thru our focused awareness encountering our inner warrior & enjoying the easiness, calmness, and compassion of our inner Yogi.
This yoga immersion is an all levels appropriate adventure that will help you advance not just in your physical practice but also your mental awareness.

Meditation & Mind Science
When we meditate, we inject far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives: We lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, we connect better, we improve our focus, and we're kinder to ourselves. Simple yet highly effective meditation practices will be provided to cleanse the mind, increase focus and attention, and reset/release unwanted thought patterns. Meditation tools are accessible to everyone regardless of prior experience or not. Like physical practice, you will receive guided meditations as also days of complete silent meditations.
The Physical Practice:
Each session will be full of techniques to advance your body awareness, strengthen your muscles, and increase your functional range of motion.
During our sessions, you will sense a thorough exploration of the body, educating you on all areas including your spine, core, back, shoulders, hips, lower legs, arms, and wrists. Practice Styles: Vinyasa, Power Flows, Budokon Yoga & Budokon Mobility, Yin, and Restorative, thru all these you will gain access to a wider range of postures and transitions where you will fully transform your asana practice.

The island of Evia is one of the closest to Athens and yet it is one of the most unknown. That is because Evia is so large that there is much to know about it. Second in size to Crete, it stretches from the tip of the Pelion Peninsula all the way south to the coast of Attika. Evia, the second largest island of Greece and the third in the eastern Mediterranean.
In Evia you can enjoy the very best of the Greek islands and mainland. And at the same time, Evia has a unique identity of its own.
Firs and tamarisks, imposing mountains and endless beaches, fish and game, dragon houses and lighthouses, thermal springs, old monasteries, waterfalls, ravines, stone-built guesthouses, the Cavo Doro Cape.
At the picturesque bay “Porto Buffalo” in south-central Evia, there you can find the boutique hotel “Evia Silence”. Built at the edge of a hill only ten meters from the beach, it has 10 rooms (double/triple), a lounge bar/restaurant, as well as an air-conditioned yoga room with an enchanting view to the sea.
“Io” Yoga Room: Our new hall, with a view to both the sea and the mountain, it is the crowning jewel of our hotel. It has a fir wood floor and ceiling, painted with an ecological paint, in line with the ancient Greek techniques.
Rooms:At a distance of just 10 meters from the sea, the rooms of “Evia Silence” are spacious – 30m² – They include a stone with hotplates, a large fridge and air-condition. Each room has a private balcony with a view to the sea.

In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the retreat, the amount will be refunded except for the deposit of 400€

Evia Island is the second-largest Greek island and is conveniently located a 2.5-hour drive from Athens Airport.
It's connected with the mainland through a bridge, therefore the island can be easily reached by car. No need to take a ferry.
Winnie, lil' Latina living in Hamburg. She is a certified Budokon Yoga & Budokon Mobility Teacher. Has been in the Budokon World since 2019, offering various workshops in, Animal Locomotion, Mobility, and Arm Balancing. She is also the Co-Founder of Budokon Hamburg.
Apart from Budokon, she is a certified Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga Teacher.
She has learned to see life as an open book, taking every chapter as a new experience, as a new teacher. Budokon has taught her the importance of self-observation. Observation of the senses and state of mind, and how to express these thru movement. Her classes & workshops are fun and interactive, taking very much into consideration that we are all different, not just mentally, but in how we move, how we think, how we react, and how we learn, offering variations and modifications to all practitioners.
Bille is a Vinyasa and Budokon Yoga teacher with a preference for a powerful practice allied with the calm energies of Yin Yoga and Meditation.
Having worked many years as a Tech Consultant and practicing Yoga and Meditation at the same time, she feels at home in “both worlds”. What always fascinated her, was supporting and inspiring others to find solutions to their individual challenges. She is more than happy to have the opportunity to share all that she already learned and still learning along the way.
Apart from Yoga, she is a certified Nutrition Expert with a holistic approach, always taking into consideration body, mind, and soul during her consultations.
She is one of the Co-Founders of Budokon Hamburg, which planted the seed to grow the Budokon Community in the North of Germany.
