We'll be flowing and breaking down the basic alignment of some of the signature moves found in Section 3, PRIDE of the Budokon Yoga Primary Series, like:

• Revolved Fyling Warrior
• Proud Warrior
• Falling Warrior

modifying it with a delicious mobility kick in the sequence!

Previous knowledge of Budokon is helpful. The willingness to challenge yourself is recommended. Attending the Workshop will help you later on attending the regular Budokon Yoga classes.
