Join a strong but gentle introduction into Budokon Yoga.

Awaken your inner Warrior & inner Yogi during this 60 Minute class.

Main focus is to deeply go into the basic moves of Budokon Yoga. Working deep on strength and flexibility, as also balance.

Every Monday

Long, Slow, Deep (LSD)

This class, inspired by the founder of power Yoga Bryan Kest, you will experience a very intensive, deep and relaxing practice that has a centering and grounding effect. The poses are held longer, which allows the mind to calm down and let the body sink into deep relaxation. The intensive and at the same time gentle stretches allow the body and mind to release tension and to increase the overall wellbeing of your whole system. The challenge here is mostly mentally but also physically and especially suitable if you are looking for a balance to a stressful everyday life or to sporting activity. 

This class is the perfect counterpart to your physically demanding Budokon practice.

Budokon Movement

Budokon Yoga Flow with focus on mobility, aiming to train and expand your range of movement of your hips, shoulders and spine through mobility based drills and skills. Expect to work every single muscle in your body and also working up your mind. Coordination is a principle.

Wake up your body with a leveled up 60 Minute Budokon Morning Flow with activating movements, smoothly transitioning from pose to pose. We'll greet our Fridays with an energized body for a great start in the day and weekend!

Budokon Yoga class for all levels.

Transitioning from pose to pose, during a 75 Minute class, building a beautiful sequence, working on strength, arm balances, and body awareness.

Vinyasa Budokon Infused

A mix of Vinyasa Yoga infused with Budokon.
An energetic practice that builds flexibility and strength by linking Yoga postures with rhythmic breath in a creative flow. Combined with meditation & pranayama. This class will give you the platform to explore and embrace the edges of your own physical and mental potential.
