In this workshop, we’ll look at fundamental patterns and transitions from Budokon Practice and explore them further in practical and playful ways. We’ll challenge coordination, bodily perception, and reactivity in partner environments and improvisational tasks to extend our movement vocabulary.
Get ready for a playful but interactive workshop, that will ignite and awaken your inner-self and inspire you to move, feel and learn a new body language.
Words about Julian:
Julian is a long-term student of Martial Arts, Dance & Yoga. Studying in Germany and abroad, he went to numerous trainings and workshops around the world, from Asthanga-Vinyasa training in Nepal, to Muay-Thai Training in Phuket and Contemporary-Dance Teachings around different institutes in Europe. Among them multiple Workshops at SEAD-Salzburg. He is a certified Budokon-Yoga teacher and enrolled in the Fighting-Monkey Mentorship under Jozef Frucek: practicing and developing a cross-discipline understanding of human Movement which is shaping his teaching.
