Potluck & Donation Based

Join us on this amazing day, where Budokoneros, Yogis, Movers, & all those who are just full of love and passion for this movement meet!

Let's connect, let's share & cherish the time to get to know each other, and become part of our open-minded community! We want to offer this space to all of you in order to connect a bit deeper with other members of the community, maybe just a quick chat, and some laughs, and just have a space to open and enjoy some quality time. Time to share!!!

We'll start with Winnie's delicious Power Shots to spice ourselves up, and then we'll be flowing 120 minutes through an amazing and powerful Budokon Sequence guided by Bille and Winnie, full of creative transitions, arm balances, and strength poses, where we'll find a true dance between Yogi and Warrior. We'll invite inner Apes to go wild & experience going back to our roots.

***This Event is donation & potluck based***

We'll have a box at the studio where you can donate (cash preferably) whatever your heart and soul desires.

For the Potluck,  each attendee contributes with their special often homemade (not a must), dish of food to be shared. You may bring your favorite!

After the class, we will start our festivity!!!  The studio has lots of space in case the weather is already chilly. 

We will provide a Fruit Punch you may also bring your own type of drink.

We will be so happy to see you in Seiza joining the Budokon Community!
