Ever wonder where else could you transition from Crow Pose? Or how could you get from Koundiyasana to Eight Angle Pose?
You don't have to nail it the first time, you'll be guided step by step and little by little on your path to your powerful transition.
We'll warm up, dig into some drills, and adapt with props and we'll base this workshop on 5 main Arm Balances and Transitions that all meet halfway to each other.
If you have a strong-based Crow, don't hesitate on joining this interactive and fun Workshop with Winnie.
You will learn how to distribute weight on your whole body, the importance of the breath, bandhas, and the activation of some specific muscles.
There will be plenty of time for questions, doubts, and searching for variations to suit every level. And lots of time to play but still be aware of the tools your body and mind offer.
