Class Description

BUDOKON YOGA/BUDOKON FLOW
In this class, we will break down the signature and foundational asanas and transitions of Budokon Yoga.
Finding elements of martial arts, mobility, meditation, calisthenics, and animal locomotion.
We will work deeply on strength and flexibility as well as balance, building up a strong and slow Budokon Flow.
Repetition is key.

You will learn to perform the movements slowly and with control. Precision, body control, and mental concentration play a crucial role.

This class is NOT suitable for yoga beginners.

To be able to take part in our on-site classes, please read the participation requirements carefully for each studio!

Registration for classes through BUDOKON Hamburg & EGYM Wellpass (Eversports)*
Please register for the classes on our website. To do this, click on the class you want to attend in the course schedule and fill out the form. The places are very limited, so please note: The maximum cancellation time is 12 hours before the class starts. If a class is canceled afterward there is no refund. If cancellation is made earlier than 12 hours before the class starts, the paid fee will be credited and can be used for a future class.

Urban Sports Club
Valid only for our classes at Rothenbaum. We have limited spaces, so book your class through the app. In case you won't make it please cancel on time. Not valid for online sessions. Note their cancellation and no-show regulations.

Please note when booking a course:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the course.
If you cancel your registration at short notice, you will be obliged to pay a late cancellation fee of €8.
If you do not show up for the course despite registering you are obliged to pay the amount of €13 as a no-show fee.
