In everyday life, it is often difficult to balance between tension and relaxation. That's why it's important to always give yourself little breaks to regain your calm and strength. Inner and outer balance belong together and so we will improve both this day, with a lot of fun and ease. Return to your everyday life with new lightness and energy.
During this full day with Winnie and Julian from Budokon Hamburg, you will dive deeply into a powerful Budokon Yoga Flow igniting the fire within the warrior and start to engage muscle, stamina, and coordination, warming up for an amazing Workshopy session dismantling the deepness in skills of Handstands and let your body and soul open up. We'll invite you to discover and explore the unknown. Relating our practice to deep movement mechanisms and sensing into renewed inner and outer balances.
Walk into a nourishing day retreat, re-connected to the warmth of spring with Budokon Yoga flows, balancing work, stillness practice, movement play, and soft Thai Massage techniques in partner work.
Winnie will be inviting you into some activation of the body, through Budokon Yoga filled with transitions. Get ready for some fun and interactive ways of shifting from low to high, finding balance thru our animal locomotion found in the Budokon Primary Series.
Julian will invite you thru a transitional flow to explore movement & activation relating to- and observing the renewed environment and forms to open up the body for arm balances and root them into their new environment.

What's not included:

About 50 minutes by car from Hamburg via the A7 and 30 minutes by car from Kiel via A215.
Parking is available directly on Dorstrasse.
Every 30 minutes there is a train from Hamburg or Kiel directly to Bordesholm. From here you only need 15 minutes to walk to ZENIYO.
As soon as the spaces start to fill up, we'll make a group contact so we can arrange modes.
Day Retreat will take place in GERMAN.
she is a continuous student of movement, yoga, arm balances, and inviting softness into her life. She is a certified Budokon Yoga & Budokon Mobility Teacher. Has been in the Budokon World since 2019, offering various workshops in, Animal Locomotion, Mobility, and Arm Balancing. She is also the Co-Founder of Budokon Hamburg.
She has learned to see life as an open book, taking every chapter as a new experience, as a new teacher. Her practice has taught her the importance of self-observation, observation of the senses and state of mind, and how to express these through movement.
Julian is a long-term student of Martial Arts, Dance & Yoga. Studying in Germany and abroad, he went to numerous trainings and workshops around the world, from Asthanga-Vinyasa training in Nepal to Muay-Thai Training in Phuket and Contemporary-Dance Teachings around different institutes in Europe. Among them multiple Workshops at SEAD-Salzburg.
He is a certified Budokon-Yoga teacher and enrolled in the Fighting-Monkey Mentorship under Jozef Frucek: practicing and developing a cross-discipline understanding of human Movement which is shaping his teaching.
