Class Description


 On sunny warm days we will take most of our classes outdoor.

Budokon Yoga Basics

Join a strong but gentle introduction to Budokon Yoga.
Awaken your inner Warrior & inner Yogi during this 75 Minute class.
The main focus is to deeply go into the basic moves of Budokon Yoga. Working deep on strength and flexibility, as also balance. 

Appropriate for all levels.

Class is given in german.

Flow thru a strong mix of Budokon Yoga, finding smooth transitions that lead to a release but also strengthening your body and mind.

Enjoy a true dance finding balance between Warrior & Yogi.

Budokon Yobility

Budokon Yoga Flow with focus on mobility, aiming to train and expand your range of movement of your hips, shoulders, and spine through mobility-based drills and skills. Expect to work every single muscle in your body and also working up your mind. Coordination is a principle.
