Budokon Yoga Basics

Hybrid

Join a strong but gentle introduction to Budokon Yoga.
Awaken your inner Warrior & inner Yogi during this 75 Minute class.
The main focus is to deeply go into the basic moves of Budokon Yoga. Working deep on strength and flexibility, as also balance. 

Appropriate for all levels.

Main focus INVERSIONS & TECHNIQUES.

This is what you'll find in this powered-up & energetic vinyasa class that will leave you high inflow! We'll break down, the asana step by step, engaging the right muscles, using the right props, the right bandhas.

Wake up your body with a leveled up 60 Minute Budokon Morning Flow with activating movements, smoothly transitioning from pose to pose. We'll greet our Fridays with an energized body for a great start in the day and weekend!

Level Intermediate

Budokon Yobility

Hybrid

Budokon Yoga Flow with focus on mobility, aiming to train and expand your range of movement of your hips, shoulders, and spine through mobility-based drills and skills. Expect to work every single muscle in your body and also working up your mind. Coordination is a principle.

Yobility for Dudes

Hybrid

I The goal is to shift back to a natural range of motion and focus on our muscles and joints. We'll focus on building both strength and flexibility in areas where men tend to commonly strain or have limited flexibility, such as the low back, hips, hamstrings, chest, and shoulders. We'll go through mindful mobility drills and sequences, adding some yoga into it. 

So bring your best buddy with and let's smoothly release all tension in our bodies and let the monkey-mind loosen up!
