Class Description

Budokon Yoga Basics Level 2

LEVEL 2: Suitable for participants who already have some yoga experience and know the basic yoga postures and their names (e.g. downward-facing dog, warrior postures etc.).


In this class, we will break down the signature and foundational asanas and transitions of Budokon Yoga. 

Finding elements of martial arts, mobility, meditation, calisthenics, and animal locomotion.

We will work deeply on strength and flexibility as well as balance. Repetition is key.


You will learn to perform the movements slowly and with control. Precision, body control, and mental concentration play a crucial role.

This class is perfect for those who want a powerful and physically demanding practice.

Budokon Yoga Level 3

LEVEL 3: Suitable for participants who have already established regular powerful yoga practice, and are both physically and mentally ready for a challenging advanced level class.

Even if you are not familiar with the signature asanas and transitions found in Budokon, you have an open and beginner's mind, and wish to learn more about your own strength aka Warrior, and the ease of your Yogi? Then this class is great for you.


We'll flow thru a mix of flowing yoga asanas, elements of martial arts, meditation, calisthenics, mobility, and animal locomotion. We aim to build physical and mental strength in order to create an external and internal balance.


A certain basic fitness is recommended here.

Budokon Yobility

All levels

Budokon Yoga Flow with focus on Budokon Mobility.

This class aims to train and expand your range of movement and the function of your hips, shoulders, and spine through mobility-based drills and skills. Expect to work every single muscle in your body and also work up your mind. 

Be ready to encounter some animal locomotion, arm balances, smooth rolls, and lots of floor work and transitions.


Coordination is a principle.

Studio Classes, Events & Workshops

In order to be able to take part in our on-site classes, please read the participation requirements carefully.


Please register for the classes on our website. To do this, click on the class you want to attend in the course schedule and fill out the form. The places are very limited, so please note: The maximum cancellation time is 12 hours before the class starts. If a class is canceled afterward there is no refund. If cancellation is made earlier than 12 hours before the class starts, the paid fee will be credited and can be used for a future class.

You may book our classes also thru the USC App. All requirements regarding 3G must also be met here.
