Meet The Crew

Sibille Quentin
Co-Founder
Budokon Yoga Teacher
Sibille's Budokon journey started back in 2015 when she first saw Melayne doing these incredibly powerful and graceful movements. She started practicing with the little material that was available on the internet during those times and by traveling around to attend every workshop she could find. Soon it became apparent that she wanted to explore more about this beautiful artwork.
She soon attended a 200h Teacher Training followed by the Budokon Yoga & Mobility Trainings at Budokon University in Miami. Soon after that she started teaching Budokon and found her passion in doing so. Since then the journey continues ..

Franziska Brodhun
Budokon Yoga Teacher
Franziska's journey into movement began at a very young age. Her constant hunger for physical exploration led her to discover yoga in 2006. Studying Ashtanga Yoga at KPJAY in Mysore, India, gave her a deep understanding of the practice. And yet, she felt something was missing - that instinctive playfulness. In 2018, she saw a video of Budokon Crawling Patterns. And that ignited the spark.
Since that day, she looked for all the opportunities to train Budokon, which eventually led to her taking a teacher training course, which she completed in 2022. Her teaching style is playful and strong, emphasizing the fine-tuning of body awareness, exploring drills and transitions as well as strongly focusing on inversions.

Saralyn Chana
Budokon Yoga Teacher in Training
Sara Lyn's yoga journey started during her 8-month travels through Asia during her early twenties. Exploring not only her cultural but also her spiritual roots she absolved her 200+300 hours of Teacher Training in India. To balance out her full-time being as a yoga teacher in Hamburg practicing Muay Thai became her anchor that kept reminding her of the two hearts beating inside her chest.
Sara Lyn joined her Budokon Teacher Training in Essen in October 2022 and is now on her own route to getting certified as a Budokon Yoga Teacher. You'll find her teaching for the moment Warrior Flows before her classes shift into Budokon Yoga Classes.
„Budokon brings together the two aspects of grounding serenity and passionate power. Finally, I feel 100% authentic while teaching and sharing the love that I feel for movement, meditation, and spirit.“

Natasya Maura
Budokon Mobility Instructor in Training
Naty started to know Budokon during the first pandemic while attending Winnie's class in a studio in Hamburg. She fell in love with the Budo Philosophy and became a passionate Budo and Budokon practitioner to this day.
Together with Timm, Naty completed 200-hour teacher training in 2021 which brought her to spiritual journeys. She deepened her knowledge with a further 50h teacher training in Pranayama (breathing techniques. Naty practices Karate and Jiu Jitsu in order to become a stronger practitioner. Naty has joined Budokon Hamburg since 2023 and we are so excited she'll share her Budokon Mobility knowledge within Budokon Community.
My goal is to keep people healthy / become healthy both physically and mentally. I want to share the wisdom of the budo and share the Budokon philosophy, namely not only becoming an extraordinary athlete but also more importantly a critical and open-minded human being.
