Balance Skills Lab Programs
Arm Balances are powerful tools that can help us overcome fear, build trust, and develop a deeper connection to the self. In this program, you’ll work through instructional classes that break down the mechanics of some popular arm balances for beginners and advanced.
Each program has a length of 4 weeks, with a Vinyasa-based warm-up sequence, with a short tutorial-style class, that will teach you step-by-step ways to enter each pose, creative modifications, and how to use props as support. Whether you’re new to arm balances or want to learn more challenging poses, this fun program will take your skills to new heights.
